HR SUPERVISOR
Supervise the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, background checks, and hiring.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure all new hires are onboarded properly.
Develop and implement employee retention and engagement programs.
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters and ensure legal compliance.
Oversee performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
Supervise employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Administer leaves of absence, disability and worker’s compensation programs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other HR-related documents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
With experience as Human Resources Supervisor for at least 4 years
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Strong background in Organizational Development is highly preferred
With experience working in Real Estate Industry is highly preferred

Salary: Php27,000.00 – Php30,000.00 per month
